Ceci est une compétition sous l'égide de la AHA. Le jury est organisé par le CRAB, mais le concours est organisé par le Saint-Malo Craft Beer Expo (SMCB). 

L'inscription n'est officielle qu'une fois les frais d'inscription réglés auprès du SMCB : https://saintmalocraftbeerexpo.com/programme/#concoursbrassam. (Nous contacter si problème). Les frais sont de 6 euros pare bière inscrite. Une seule inscription par sous-type et par brasseur.

Toutes les candidatures envoyées par la poste doivent parvenir à l'adresse d'expédition avant la date limite d'envoi - veuillez tenir compte du délai d'expédition.

Tous les échantillons seront ramassés aux points de dépôt le jour de la date limite de dépôt.

Remarque importante concernant la catégorie "French" Pale Ale FPA (base American Pale Ale 18A)

On vous propose de brasser une American Pale Ale (APA) mais avec des houblons Français ! On retrouvera donc les mêmes marqueurs qu’une APA soit une bière blonde, légèrement amère, et modérément houblonné (en comparaison des American IPA), équilibrée et subtile, mais mettant en avant des houblons ayant poussés en France, qu’ils soient de variété américaines ou françaises, mettant en avant l’influence du terroir. La provenance des houblons sera à indiquer sur la fiche de présentation de votre bière.

Les organisateurs du concours ne sont pas responsables des inscriptions mal classées, des inscriptions envoyées par la poste qui n'ont pas été reçues avant la date limite d'inscription, ou des inscriptions qui sont arrivées endommagées.

Les brasseurs ne peuvent présenter qu'une seule entrée par sous-catégorie.

Le jury du « Best of Show » sera déterminé par un groupe d'experts sur la base d'un second jugement des gagnants.

Les bouteilles ne seront pas renvoyées aux participants.

This competition is AHA sanctioned and open to any amateur homebrewer in standing age of brewing in their country. The jury is organised by the CRAB, but the competition is organised by the Saint-Malo Craft Beer Expo (SMCB).

Registration is official only when the registration fees are paid via the SMCB website: https://saintmalocraftbeerexpo.com/programme/#concoursbrassam. Contact us if there is a problem. Fees are of 6 Euros per entry. Only one entry per sub style per brewer.

All mailed entries must be received at the mailing location by the shipping deadline - please allow for shipping time.

All entries will be picked up from drop-off locations the day of the drop-off deadline.

Important note regarding the “French” Pale Ale FPA category (based on American Pale Ale 18A)

The idea is brewing an American Pale Ale (APA) but with French hops! This beer will have the same characteristics as an APA, i.e. it will be a pale beer, slightly bitter, and moderately hoppy (compared to American IPAs), balanced and subtle, but highlighting hops grown in France, whether American or French varieties, emphasizing the influence of the terroir. The origin of the hops must be indicated on your beer presentation sheet.

The competition organizers are not responsible for mis-categorized entries, mailed entries that are not received by the entry deadline, or entries that arrived damaged.

Brewers are limited to one entry in each sub-category.

The Best of Show judging will be determined by a Best of Show panel based on a second judging of the top winners.

Bottles will not be returned to entrants.
