Chaque participation consistera en des bouteilles capsulées ou bouchées, dépourvues de toute information d'identification, y compris les étiquettes et le gaufrage. Les bouchons imprimés sont autorisés, mais doivent être complètement masqués.
Les bouteilles en verre brun de 33 cl (ou plus) sont préférables, mais le verre vert et le verre transparent sont également acceptés. Les bouteilles à bouchon pivotant sont également acceptées, de même que les bouteilles bouchées et les canettes.
Il est nécessaire d'envoyer 3 bouteilles/canettes (4 si participation au prix Hop France) par bière inscrite. Les bouteilles/canettes ne seront pas retournées aux participants au concours.

Each entry will consist of capped or corked bottles that are void of all identifying information, including labels and embossing. Printed caps are allowed, but must be blacked out completely.
33cl/12oz brown glass bottles are preferred; however, green and clear glass will be accepted. Swing top bottles will likewise be accepted as well as corked bottles or cans.
It is necessary to send 3 bottles/cans (4 if participating in the Hop France prize) per registered beer. Bottles/cans will not be returned to contest entrants.
All requisite paperwork must be submitted with each entry and can be printed directly from this website. Entry paperwork should be attached to bottles using an elastic band.
Be meticulous about noting any special ingredients that must be specified. Failure to note such ingredients may impact the judges' scoring of your entry.

Packing and Shipping

Emballez soigneusement vos œuvres dans un carton solide. Tapissez l'intérieur du carton d'un sac poubelle en plastique. Séparez et emballez chaque bouteille avec du matériel d'emballage adéquat. N'emballez pas trop !
Écrivez clairement : Fragile. This Side Up. sur l'emballage.
Placez les étiquettes de vos bouteilles dans un petit sac à fermeture Éclair avant de les attacher à leurs bouteilles respectives à l'aide d'un élastique. De cette manière, l'organisateur pourra identifier précisément l'entrée qui s'est cassée en cas de dommage pendant le transport.
Tous les efforts raisonnables seront faits pour contacter les participants dont les bouteilles sont cassées afin de prendre des dispositions pour l'envoi de bouteilles de remplacement.

Carefully pack your entries in a sturdy box. Line the inside of your carton with a plastic trash bag. Partition and pack each bottle with adequate packaging material. Please do not over pack!
Write clearly: Fragile. This Side Up. on the package.
Enclose each of your bottle labels in a small zip-top bag before attaching to their respective bottles using an elastic band. This way it makes it possible for the organizer to identify specifically which entry has broken if there is damage during shipment.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact entrants whose bottles have broken to make arrangements for sending replacement bottles.
